Aditi Bhatia is the founder of Avec Amour. Her career spanned some of hospitality's biggest names like Accor Hotels, The Taj Hotels and ITC Hotels before she made the decision to leave a day job behind and pursue baking as her real passion.

Aditi brings a restaurant trained approach to pâtisserie, drawing from years of working across restaurants and culinary environments around the world. That experience shapes how she thinks about flavour, not just how a dessert looks, but how ingredients work together, how classics can be reinterpreted, and how something completely new can be developed.
